Shipping

Production and Delivery Times

Fine Art Paper Prints: 2-3 weeks
Unframed Canvas Prints: 2-3 weeks
Framed Canvas Prints: 3-6 weeks

Please note these are estimated times. If you need your order urgently, just let me know. While I can’t guarantee expedited delivery, I’ll do my best to prioritize your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Cost: I offer free shipping to Australian capital cities for all orders. For framed orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, I’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to me at info@conchitacarambano.com with your name and order number.
International Orders: These may incur duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Local Pickup: If you’re in Sydney, you can pick up your order locally. I’ll notify you when it’s ready.

Returns and Exchanges

Artworks: Because my artworks are custom-made, I can’t accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt, and I’ll help resolve the issue.
